Red Dress Day exhibit & Call 30 workshop<https://uwaterloo.ca/centre-peace-advancement/events/red-dress-day-art-exhibit-and-call-30> - May 2-15th
This Grebel Gallery exhibit honours the strength and resilience of Indigenous women in the face of systemic oppression and remembers those incarcerated, missing, and murdered. The exhibit is curated by MCC Indigenous Neighbours with art by Indigenous artists Judy Ross Mack, Vanessa Genier from Quilts for Survivors, and Niska artists Marcus Noah and Billy Koosees. The stations of the exhibit support an experiential learning activity similar to the Blanket Exercise that highlights the many factors that can tip people into the pipleline to prison in Canada.

Grebel Gallery, 140 Westmount Rd North, open Mon-Thurs 8am-10pm and Friday 8am-6pm
Public Call 30 workshop Thursday May 14th 5-7pm co-hosted by Feather & Cross.
If courses, departments, or student clubs would like to host their own Call 30 workshop at a later date, contact Fiona <fionali at mcco.ca
