How can the law help victims recover from the harm of intimate images being distributed without their consent? Speaker Susan Lindsay is counsel at the Law Commission of Ontario, where she leads the Intimate Images and Deep Fakes project and the AI Regulation and Human Rights project. As part of a joint initiative with the Ontario Human Rights Commission and Canadian Human Rights Commission, Susie led the design of a human rights AI assessment tool for developers, adopters and administrators of AI systems to identify, assess, minimize or avoid discrimination throughout the lifecycle of an AI system.

But as more clinical decisions and interactions are supported by algorithms, what does it mean to trust our health-care systems and the technologies innovating them? Join this timely conversation on health and AI, moderated by Dr. Shereen El Feki, a BSIA Fellow focused on global health and human rights. See registration link for panelists.

  *   WHEN: Tuesday, May 5, 2026, 7:30 PM (6:30 doors open; 8:30 reception)
