As part of the <strong>Faculty of Arts 50th Celebration</strong>, UWAG?the University of Waterloo Art Gallery is pleased to invite you to an Open House featuring the current exhibitions <em>Ticket to Ride</em> and <em>Unlikely Stories</em>.
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
<strong><em>Unlikely Stories</em></strong> is a survey of recent paintings by <strong>Art Green</strong>, a Professor Emeritus who taught in the Fine Arts Department at the University of Waterloo from 1977-2006. Alongside his work as an instructor, his paintings have been widely exhibited and can be found in collections throughout North America and Europe. Unlikely Stories features the Canadian debut of seven paintings completed in the last three years by the artist in his Stratford, Ontario studio.

The Fine Arts department is presenting a free artist talk by Art Green on <strong>Wednesday, October 20</strong> at <strong>1:00 pm</strong> in <strong>ECH 1219</strong>.
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
Then, as part of the <strong>Faculty of Arts 50th Celebration</strong> on <strong>Friday, October 22</strong>, the artist will be available to discuss his work in-person at UWAG in <strong>ECH 1239</strong> from <strong>2:00-4:00 pm</strong>. Refreshments will be served.
